2.5 KYC Verification. Full KYC verification is required before ahh99 processes any withdrawal request. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, PhilSys (National ID), SSS ID, UMID, PRC ID, and Voter's ID. ahh99 reserves the right to request selfie verification or proof of address where required by its compliance obligations.
3.1 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. ahh99 will never request a Player's password via email, SMS, Messenger, Viber, or any other communication channel. 3.2 Personal Use Only. Player accounts are for the personal use of the registered account holder only. Players may not allow third parties to access or operate their account, and may not accept funds from third parties for use on the platform.
3.3 Account Information Updates. Players must promptly notify ahh99 of any changes to their registered contact information. Changes to registered mobile number or email address require identity re-verification through the support team.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ahh99 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule, subject to advance notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support and completing re-verification.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ahh99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ahh99 does not accept cash deposits or third-party payment services not listed in this section.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit by default; however, PAGCOR's AML compliance obligations may require ahh99 to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that exceed certain thresholds.
4.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly and credited to the Player's account balance within approximately thirty (30) seconds. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed on the same banking day, subject to inter-bank processing schedules.
4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where the Player requests an alternative channel through verified support channels.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within approximately fifteen (15) minutes on average, twenty-four (24) hours per day including weekends and Philippine public holidays. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same banking day, subject to inter-bank cut-off schedules.
4.6 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. ahh99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending identity verification where required by its PAGCOR compliance obligations. 4.7 Fees. ahh99 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals from the platform's side. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or payment service provider.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. 5.4 Bonus Abuse. ahh99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings, and to close a Player's account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: using low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, colluding with other players, or exploiting errors in bonus calculation logic.
5.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated free bets or free spins that are not used within the stated promotional period will expire automatically and be removed from the account without compensation.

Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets. 10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ahh99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of or inability to use the platform or its services.
10.2 ahh99's total aggregate liability to any Player for direct damages shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 ahh99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious code. Players access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate device and network security on their end.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by ahh99's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 By the Player. A Player may close their ahh99 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to account closure, the Player must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11.3 Effect of Termination. 12.1 Governing Law. 12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or a Player's use of the ahh99 platform, the Player should first contact the ahh99 support team to seek informal resolution. ahh99 undertakes to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days.
12.3 PAGCOR Escalation. If a dispute is not resolved through the ahh99 internal complaint process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the authorizing regulatory body. ahh99 is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution jurisdiction and will cooperate fully with any regulatory inquiry or investigation.
12.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to the above, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above procedures.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, and/or through a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the ahh99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
